At BLACK AND SOL we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Returns received after the specified period will not be accepted. We don't accept gift cards. If you have questions about the portal or can't use it, please contact us by sending an email to info@blackandsol.com.
Shipping - Returns
You're responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item and cost 4,95 or €7,95 (depending on the size of the packaging).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Since the package is your responsibility until it reaches us, we ask you to use a trackable shipping service.
Only send your return to the address provided after our approval by email. We won't be able to process your return or issue a refund before the approval. We can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item(s) and aren't responsible for any missing packages. If your return isn't received by us, contact the carrier first to find out what happened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Your return may not be accepted if it doesn't meet our return policy. We won't accept a return if:
- The item is a gift card.
- the item(s) aren't returned in their original condition.
If your item has a label, that's also considered part of the original condition. - The items are returned after the 14-day return period mentioned above.
- the items are returned damaged due to improper packaging.
We'll keep you updated if we don't accept your return. If you want the package back, we'll ask you to cover the shipping costs.
