Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes you order something that doesn't quite work out, and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition and packaging, you can return your items within our return policy. Please be aware that the shipping costs will not be covered by us. More about the costs below. For customers from Europe we offer a return portal. 

You can find the return portal here. Make sure your return is delivered to our return address within 14 days of receiving the specific item in your order. Once we receive your returned item, we'll issue a full refund via the original payment method.

Returns received after the specified period will not be accepted. We don't accept gift cards. If you have questions about the portal or can't use it, please contact us by sending an email to info@blackandsol.com.

 

Shipping - Returns

You're responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item and cost 4,95 or 7,95 (depending on the size of the packaging).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Since the package is your responsibility until it reaches us, we ask you to use a trackable shipping service.

Only send your return to the address provided after our approval by email. We won't be able to process your return or issue a refund before the approval. We can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item(s) and aren't responsible for any missing packages. If your return isn't received by us, contact the carrier first to find out what happened.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

 

Rejected Returns


Your return may not be accepted if it doesn't meet our return policy. We won't accept a return if:

  • The item is a gift card.
  • the item(s) aren't returned in their original condition.
    If your item has a label, that's also considered part of the original condition.
  • The items are returned after the 14-day return period mentioned above.
  • the items are returned damaged due to improper packaging.
    We'll keep you updated if we don't accept your return. If you want the package back, we'll ask you to cover the shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
If it's not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@blackandsol.com.
