  4. Incorrect Address & Pick-up of Your Order

    • Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct address and timely pick-up of your order from a pickup point.
    • If the postal carrier is unable to deliver your order correctly due to an address error, or if your order is returned to the sender because it was not picked up, we are not responsible for any additional costs.
    • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected from a pickup point, we will contact you regarding the available options. If you choose to have the order resent, additional shipping costs may apply.
    • If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe indicated on the Track & Trace page, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.
