Incorrect Address & Pick-up of Your Order
- Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct address and timely pick-up of your order from a pickup point.
- If the postal carrier is unable to deliver your order correctly due to an address error, or if your order is returned to the sender because it was not picked up, we are not responsible for any additional costs.
- We will resend your order and charge a fee for the additional shipping costs. Refunds for unclaimed orders are not possible.
